The Wapelhorst Aquatic Center boasts of a water rapids inner tube ride, one dark underground waterslide, one open waterslide, a children’s play area and a general swimming area. Added in 2004 is a one of a kind slide in St. Charles County, a 5 story speed slide. Be prepared to get the thrill of your life as you slide down five stories in seconds!!!! Only for the brave and daring.

Directions:
Wapelhorst Aquatic Facility is located at 1874 Muegge Road. Take First Capitol Drive south, changes into Highway 94 South. Exit right at Pralle Lane, take the first left on to Old Highway 94, then turn right on to Muegge Road. Go one mile and the park is on your left.

Minimum age to enter the aquatic facilities without a guardian is 12 years of age or older.
